Yesterday went for a short jogging session.Thoroughout of it, i wasnt motivated during the run.

My mind wasnt focused. I never feel for my legs nor watch out on proper breathings, not constantingly ensuring a momentum of the run.Something is bothering me which i do not know what is it.

Aniw, it turned out very bad timing. Again. arghh...
Merely 23-24mins. Where is my stamina??

Gosh, yday received a brochure on digital cameras.

8 megapixel with 5X optical zoom for just $369. And 12 megapixel with 3x optical zoon for merely $399. What a steal !!

I want to buy leh but ! I need to get rid of my current one 1st.

Dilemma Dilemma....

To go or not to go? Hmm.....

My ideal weekend.

Finally I get my butt out for joggies to ECP last past Saturday. I must admit that jogging is really my favourite exercise as compare to swimming. When i am able to sweat it out, I feel good. When I feel good, I am happy. An amazing feeling that I bet anyone will be experiencing the same when he/she goes for any form of exercise would agrees with me.

However, the morning session isnt that ideal as I targetted to work on. Wanted to go for like 45mins jog which ended up for, 26mins. That is merely 5km if I am not wrong. Distance is carpark F1 to the MacDonalds. What a letdown. But I am really exhausted causes by the lack of sleep the night before.Well, If time,transport and ppl permits, I will want my every sat morning to be at ECP for jogs! and a long~ 1 to 2hrs breakfie at the cafe to enjoy ...........life~.

As for sunday, i would very much want to handle the chores at home and be lazy. And it would be nice if I can have a wonderful dinner with my family to round up the week. Keke.

Cant live without music

I came to realise that music is so important in our live. Maybe this is one of those little things that people dont pay any attention to it. With or without, it is unnoticeable

Today seems to be a normal day to work. Nothing important on schedule, no appointment nor meetings.So what date is it? 26-May.. Anyone birthday?? Hmm...Not that I know of.
So my mood today is => Quite boring.

I need MUSIC to inspire/colour my day.
Turn to my ipod nano and play whatever song in the list without selecting any specific song.

Eyes brighten after a few seconds and I felt great with John Legend 's Save Room. Most Instantly, my mood is lighten up =).

Simply cant live without music.

Late for work but its ok =)

Today rushing like mad to work.
Left hse like 7.45am... but i start work at 8.30am, Jurong.
My journey to work is like 1.5hrs so based on mathematic calculation I shd reach ofc like 9.15am?

So lucky tat my snr sales engineer is fine to pick me up at kranji even I am late for 15mins than our usual time 8am. Next, so rushie I have no time to bring/buy breakast. Sms my another coll. Breakfie gao dim. Yeah~!
Boy ~ am I lucky today?

Timbre on Wed

Call it concidence , I went to timbre again yesterday.

Guess what?

I lost my god-damn way . . . (-___-) ~ %^*$ (2nd time can~!)

It is definitely unforgettable that how I go there by foot. But the problem is that I went there by car this time.Going into CIRCLES again..stil unable to access the carpark of Timbre. Ended up, parked at Fort Canning Park and WALKED !!

Sweat lor... Hot and Humid weather like now just killed me. Aniw, Timbre at Wednesday still entertaining. No doubt the band on Fridays = 53A was absolutely funnier and singing was better in a sense. Nevertheless " The goodfellas" aint that bad overall.. So I simply enjoyed again. .

About Food: Dishes like " Chicken & Pineapple Kebahs" and "Pan-Fried Salmon Fillet" are highly recommended as portion of it is just right for small appetite lady. FYI.

Din manage to take pics at all as I realised my camera died on me.
Wat a pity~

I had a short KTBee farewell with my new bunch of colls at Orchard Cinleisure Kbox (Rushing to another session of enjoyment after this)

My Sales & Marketing manager is gg to leave us end of this May, back to Houston. She is from Shanghai and her hubby is an Ang Mo.Speaks fluent English and Mandarin in short bilingual. She is a lady of laughters, very cheerful & chatty, simply brings liveliness to the ofc.

Although I being here merely 1mth ++ , I had already mingled with these new colls absolutely well..

Meet up place was @ Timbre. Some kind of wulu sami place lor.

Planned gathered time: 7.30pm
Reached Final destination : 9.50pm can~!!!!

Left the KTV at 9pm lor.Walked 3times in circles to the so-called reachable distance from City Hall. Good gracious 50mins of time ! Called Zillion times to ly,carmen & 40 to find out the exact location. Ultimately, Carmen came to my rescue to escort me after yelled for help!

I was rattering to my buddy 40 abt how ppl behaves in ofc when I went up to her hse for MJ session sometime ago.. we were bitching abt being "AUTOMATIC" & " Respecting one's Privacy". One of the automatic actions is that, when someone walks up to your desk and starts talking to you... where shd that person's eyes shd b looking at?

1. You? cos he/she is asking /having a conversation with you.
2. Some where which is not literately staring/screening/reading at YOUR computer windows/emails/web site.

Wow.. this movie is good de lor. I will urge you people to go this if you've the feeling to be couch potato for 125mins. Also, it is an eye-pleasure to see that yan dao lead actor. Woo hoo..

I had lost touched doing leisure stuffs like catching a movie on weekends fortunately, $9.50 is not wasted for this time round. I will rate ~ 4/5
