* Unexpected Super duper 1st swimming lesson but feeling a sense of satisfication of learning new strokes

whats wrong with me

Tonight will be a gals gather at bride-to-be 40's hse. I am supposely to be s0 s0 s0 looking fwd coz of her mama's homecooked dinner which i am yearning for ages. (Rarely get to taste good home-cooked dishes nowadays unless on special occassions like CNY or some birthdays) and out of sudden the moody bug bites me and I am now having bluez.

Dearie fren is gona get married next Saturday - TIME FLIES ! and she is gonna be blessed forever ever ever ever ever with my primary school mate Mr.Oh. haaa..
That fellow alwz bullied me when we playes MJ and he is a big bully towards me. Well.. its okay~ my dearest fren will "take care" of u if u bullies me... READ IT BLOG!

opps side tracked..back to my blogging.. well suddenly feeling blues... I wonder whats got into me now.. Mayb I am lacking of attention I guess....

Grumbles

Recently have this sweet tooth problem.

Everyday i am popping chocolates non-stop.
-After breakfast
-After lunch
-After Dinner

Was told I had extra "fats" on my arms and thighs. Nbz.
I am FAT liao. And I have an IMPORTANT WEDDING TO ATTEND NEXT SAT!
Need to shed those fats around those areas.

* Steady and painless evening run of 5km last nite =)

Recuperating

Yeah, Im back. After much rests in order not to over exert my right leg, i went for a brisk jog last nite.

Amazingly, it was a great one without panting like a dog & it lasted abt 30mins which is 5km around my estate. But things starts to changed right after that click of 5. I can interally feel my injured right leg starts to complain to me. That tiny winey bit of strain. Argh.

I mustn't over-run like last time and will obediently listen to my body when it starts to show signs. Oh well, it is definitely not a good feeling that u know u cant perform as well as compared in the past & restrict here & there.

Quite sad, but I think I am going to live with it somehow.

New possession

Yeah. I finally finally moved my lazy ass to the Queensway & pampered myself.

After suffering from the IT band injury, I would say I need to pay more attention & "listen" to my body more. Sometimes it is amazing that body does try to communicate with you , like showing signs or transmitting some "feels" to you. Good to have a habit to listen I would say.

Be it breathing or heart beats , it is very impt to moderate them out.

I am eyeing on another pair once I recuperate from the burning pockets (Damage : $198 ) of the above Kayano.

In Pain

Im down.

Suffering from Iliotibial Band pain pain. Cant even do simple task like going down on steps. Cant realli climb up or go the stairs. Cant chase buses, not even fasten my pace when goes work. Completed feeling like crippled and I am literally limping... How to go to my saturday event like that? Si liao...

Simple dinner but great frens & company

Here's another celebration for my 26th birthday. It is simply my greatest out of my twenties. I gotten out-of normal notification (as all of my loved ones played low profile planned events "secretly" this year) but I am surprized hell lot.

Yes! Its my birthday! 1 year older liao... my wishes is to be remain youthful and everyone who knows me to be very happy ! Haha happy is not enuff.

Gotten a SURPRISE cake.. how nice. So old liao still got surprises. Nevertheless, anyone will want surprises and surprises. Need not to be any expensive stuff , seriously.

GE Run 2008

Yes. It is the GE Run again. This time round I am not alone, in fact I've buddies ( 40 & kel ) went along. *Grin* Its a pity thou Ah ly isnt ard to run along with us , which I hope the upcoming one in 2009 3 of us will be able to go as a team plus kel and min too.

I really want to say it is a one hell of an experience. It was bad cos golden years bestie not there, there was an unexpected overslept encounter ( Yah, 40 &kel knows it), got a pretty bad timing for this race, but oh well, the good side of it is that I managed to complete the race (10km of cos), I had a fun time, it is a brand new experience which i believe there will be many many more coming up and I saw my idol ! hahaha... one female high-profile sportswoman that is sooo cute in person. I gotten a snap with her ! * COOLZ*

Time flies.. This coming sunday Im gonna attend a wedding.
Good old pal's wedding...

Still rem that we were very good pals during secondary days whereby I stood by him when he was cornered by a group of guys. I went over and shield him. Woah~ classic.
Now, in 3days time he will be MARRIED. Keke.
Last week, went to have a catch-up session with him and the girls once again. We are still the same as chatty as before and also since there are 4 girls here......Kekekekekeke....

It was a heavy downpour on Sat, cant go jogging and other where else to spend National Day or seeing the fireworks. Golden years freny just touched down the day b4 from BKK and Silver freny went to 'gong teck".

In the end.. relax relax til silver freny jioed for a simple dinner. Kaka... finally an "event". So, I onz her immediately to our childhood times highly patronized kopitiam to eat that " Ah Huat mee hoon kway"

Gathered at the kopitiam, we ordered "Ah huat" at the same time listen to golden freny's 1st time business trip experiences. After much chit chat and lingers with the topic of Beijing Olympics grand opening ceremony..I suddenly wanted to watchie a movie! Battling between "The Mummy 3" and "Batman", golden frenie insisted I shd go for Batman~ she find it awesome and she,herself awarded one of the best movies of 2008 so far.. Hmm...

After 2hrs and 40mins...........A-W-E-S-O-M-E 的 lor~
I give rating 8/10 for it. "Why so serious~~~~~~~" Go Catch it!

Past due -Updates

Last week, 40 being the nice gal remembered my request to chillout at Timbre.
After much efforts and consent that it was decided to be arrange as a girl's night. Amazingly,all of us turned up!

Conversation on that gathering was updates of ea other life,work,bfs,spouses,houses,weddings.
Thats pretty cool actually. Realising the fact that 5 fine ladies do stays in constant contacts every since secondary,walking into social life and now viola~ adulthood,settling down.

One thought actually pops out of my mind and passed a remark.
