Yesterday went for a short jogging session.Thoroughout of it, i wasnt motivated during the run.
My mind wasnt focused. I never feel for my legs nor watch out on proper breathings, not constantingly ensuring a momentum of the run.Something is bothering me which i do not know what is it.
Aniw, it turned out very bad timing. Again. arghh...
Merely 23-24mins. Where is my stamina??
I feel like whining out loud......!
