I had a short KTBee farewell with my new bunch of colls at Orchard Cinleisure Kbox (Rushing to another session of enjoyment after this)

My Sales & Marketing manager is gg to leave us end of this May, back to Houston. She is from Shanghai and her hubby is an Ang Mo.Speaks fluent English and Mandarin in short bilingual. She is a lady of laughters, very cheerful & chatty, simply brings liveliness to the ofc.

Although I being here merely 1mth ++ , I had already mingled with these new colls absolutely well..

Left the KTV at 9pm lor.Walked 3times in circles to the so-called reachable distance from City Hall. Good gracious 50mins of time ! Called Zillion times to ly,carmen & 40 to find out the exact location. Ultimately, Carmen came to my rescue to escort me after yelled for help!

I was rattering to my buddy 40 abt how ppl behaves in ofc when I went up to her hse for MJ session sometime ago.. we were bitching abt being "AUTOMATIC" & " Respecting one's Privacy". Happy Birthday to my buddy 40.

Wow... time flies.. both 40 and ah ly being my longest "still in very close contact" buddies ever since secondary school. ( Ah ly is the champion - going to be 20yrs soon.. cheers ~!)

Full of frustrations

I decided to take a break and plan my weekends doing wat I want to do.
Jio-ed Kuku for a morning jog at East Coast and make sure I eat well after that exercise. Macdonald breakfie preferably.
Super strong urge to go and jog til I die to vent out "dunno-what-is-wrong" frustrations.
Mr.Weather better dont fail me this coming saturday man , I pray....

MNC versus SME ?

Today will be my last day of job searching as most probably I will make a decision on which company to join by noon.

MNC or SME? In fact I am in a dilemma btw this two companies. There are pros & cons to be honest. One is too systematic and the other probably flexible in certain sense that seems no boundary and no guideline to work in it. Either you "make" it or fail it.

Believe it or not, my usual hang-out girls changed their jobs too. Talking about a group of 5, three of us changed. * grin *

Cool right... and probably during the next meet-up session we can probably update ea other on our status on the new environment.

Next week, I AM going to arrange a gathering with my long lost poly buddy. James
He is my companion , no. He is my ONLY companion during my poly times. We are alwz (up to 99.99 % of our times) together. We gossip,eat,study,swim,nuan together most of our time lor (except shitting nia). My 3 years in poly will never be this memorable til today without him.

I miss him leh !!!!! Aniw, ah ly and carmen ( probably) is coming along. Let me set a date and update soon in my blog. Hee.

Job hurting

Haiz.. I started to get tired of job searching already.. its being 2 weeks and stil in vain from what I want from my job/career searching.

I have declined one offer that is "already confirm to hire and start work" but based on the package they are offering it seems not attractive except it is located at YCK ...think over n over, there are probably many other options out there for me to explore. In the end, I rejected them. Else, I am working now then blogging lor.... -__-"

Well, stimes u just cant have the benefits of all. Either what u are looking for , the company have. They found other suitable candidates than YOU. What you are looking for, the company does not have the potential advancements, they want YOU. Or whats worse, wasting both parties time for interview sessions and end up, both dont wan each other. Very fan leh....

Aniw.. just hope my job searching will be over by this week... i am also kinda leong right now... 2weeks no income and bills still need to pay...

I looked at the email with bewildered eyes and became panicky cos I have never heard of this before. Nevertheless how freaky scare I am,I have to go and get it done. Else , I might not be possibility be employed / hire by them.

Once again, its Chinese New Year. Guess everyone will be busy wif reunion dinner then visitings and gatherings and most of all gamblings!

Well, I am also busy but ! with work during this lunar new year. Chasing suppliersall over the place from US and Japan & M'sia just to ensure my materials will be delivered during these festive season & arrival on time the moment my company resume work.

Just wondering... this is the year of Rat .. not ox lei.. but i am working like an OX lor... -_____-" ( And whats worse, unappreciated~)

Aniw, today will b last day of chasing. I can relax just today and tmr then resume back to work~~!

Come to think of it, i think "my" new year just begin......

Woah, surprisingly its a season for big gamblings , dai ti and blackjack. Saya no gambling at all lor. How sad !! But i think today shd have MJ from 11am to 3pm at Yingx2 plc. Thank god for the MJ program. Simply cant believe new year = no gamble. where's the mood?!

Gosh, new year also a time to eat,eat and just eat lor. 30 night, Chu 1 and 2, dinner is like so heavy one. But heck, i just love all the home-cooked food.. probably fat alittle.. weighed myself at Aunt's plc yday.. I am only 43.4 to 44.4kg.. there's room for more weight..but not at the thighs & hip pls..Bec I wanna fit into my jeans nicely..Saya me got a funnie body portion hence my jeans just that 1-2 pairs and i am wearing them for the rest of my life lydat.....

Was invited to my ex-coll ( Yingx2) baby's full mth.. Time realli flies..

One moment, I was her colleague at my 1st work place, then i moved on..turned into an ex-coll...then..I attended her wedding dinner at M hotel, went to her new house then saw her gone thru her pregnancy and now bb's full month!

This happy woman is now a mother of 1. Having one wonderfull hubby Ryan and mother-in-law (My mahjong kaki too..hehe)..And I encouraged her to have another one soon in order to catch up with pace. At least wanna shed those pounds,once and for all do it once !

Probably next to look forward will be XinYing's one year old birthday bash and another bb to come ! Hee.

Dilemma

My mama went to temple for prayings sometime back ( probably last week) and happened to pray for a lot that says this :

My own interpretation : Abit zhun that I am having some problems at work whereby almost everyday alwz bickering with my boss regards to work,which slowly I'm getting edgy whenever she starts to tiew at me. WTF that i also dont care 3-7-21 and argued back on several occassions. In fact, quitting this current wkplace is alwz on my mind and/or acticipating for a promotion to force myself to stay put....

Phonecalls all the way from then til 11+ to 12am.
Whole world is qnsing me why i didnt bring in the stuffs. Nbs. Vendor play me out , nv fulfilled their delivery date.

4am reached hm, cant slp. managed to doze off at 4.20am. Then 6+ wake up staring blankly in the air. Got up, rushed to work and went to find out current status frm production how can this be salvage.
NO WAY !! Line can resume unless materials are in.

SUCKS BIG TIME WHEN I GO BACK TO WORK ON MONDAY!

I am just a lowly paid employee in the company lor. why have to overload me with never ending tasks and questions ? I know as a boss you are damn eng , but I also a human watt. Next time, when you this spinster, get to have a daughter of your own, I hope she is studying real hard for her studies and probably a straight As student , after grad and out for work , she wont not torture by bosses like u , like how u overload me like that. Ha.. had an enjoyable BKK virgin girls trip.. it is a fruitful one i feel, guess it is not about how much i buy from thail.. it is the freaking fun we bargin over a few bahts (which is probably $0.40 to $2 sing dollars) and make fun of each other.

With the Entertaining - ah ly , and bargin Queen 40. This trip is definitely a worthwhile although I am broke after coming back. Sobz : (

A couple of events this month to attend and attended.

1 ) GE Women Run 10km.


Sighed up together with my two besties.
However , at the last hr.. one told me she need to attend a wedding dinner till late hours so probably she might give a miss. The other bestie was down with flu.
How sad...that they din come along for this women's run but ! they were definitely thoughtful to offer themselves to come down and gave me some moral support at the end point as a consolation.
Then after my run we all had a sumptuous breakfast session @ Cartel.

2) Amazing Race - Part II

Participanted last year company's "Amazing Race", sad to say i didnt win.

But that year prize wasnt that attractive. Was like 2 Ipod shuffle for the winners.

Well,this year, top prize is at least something significant. Which I myself consider so coz it is hard cash I am seeing.

$360. Not bad huh? Join Company event can stand to win hard cash of $360.

Bloody Fat

I am having these extra fats nowsdays ard my waist, butt & thighs.

Seeing myself grow fatter day by day makes me sad. Real sad.

Cannot go exercise coz I am experiencing those freaky aches and pains from woman's "every once a mth cycle".

When I said pain it meanss "REALLI PAIN !!~~!!"

Girls, can you imagine that when u are on a car/bike, the vehicle goes up a gentle hump then after the bouncing motion due to the suspension of the car/bike makes both of ur busts goes into the same motion and then after that u kena the pain sensation ard the breast??!.

(Guys, I guess you cannot feel the pain like woman does.)

That is how bad i am experiencing now. =(

No joggings, no big actions no nothing.
Guess the best exercise for me is swimming.

I am fat now ~

Next month , I will have a change of job resposibility again.
This is the 3rd time liao. Felt so disruptive of focus. When I got the hang of it.. announcement of the new change.

Its good and bad in some aspects.

Mr Ying will be studying. (Yah, I mentioned in my previous entry).
But now it might be abroad.

Last Fri, acc Mr. Ying to his insitute for an interview of his MBA course.
It was a short session which teleconference with the lecturer overseas. I guess.

Then afterwhile, it is approved on this application and next thing i realised he will be starting his lesson next 2weeks.

Thats fast.

Well its a good thing that he went for studies ( for everyone ) after all, this is a recogination from our company as Masters will not approved without the higher management went thru a round of discussion & consideration whether this employee will be a great contribution to the coy. then after which he will be bonded 2yrs and probably able to climb the ladder faster.

It will be much easier to ask for sponsorship for degree than master. Which one of my coll had done which was a "smarter move" than me, to get it FOC than i pay for my own.

Each of us has our own opinion on this. For me, probably not to be bonded will be better as I want to move to another company for better prospect "freely" in future, but for him, he already has a good prospect here, his path is planned "sui sui" for him by his superior (unlike me). Hence, it is wise to stay put than move away.

On the other hand, ( Me, the sad case) need to work my way to earn a better living. How to go abt doing it? Either to please my current unreasonable LADY boss or to quit to find a better prospect end of the year. Ha !

Aniw, this will be KIV and evaluate when i have the time. everyday now is like fire fighting and work endlessly.

Growing fat also.. dont realli have the time to go for my morning/evening jogs nor swims at all.
Saddening....

Oh, after the interview session we went to Sun & Moon for dinner again ! haha..
We gotten this 20bucks food voucher from our last visit, so we were thinking since we were at Robinson Walk might as well go there again.. after dinner.. I had Hokkaido ice-cream. I've gotten the black sesame + passion fruit. Personally I dont realli like the taste of sesame, I prefer the passion fruit more.

Exhauted. 6Hrs of full walking and shopping at Chinatown with Kel,Ly,Shilin ( Aphabetical order also, in heights i think hee).

This is insanity.. from afternoon 3.45 to 9.45 we had being shopping, trying, commenting, bargining...
Guess the ones to have a fruitful trip are both kel n shilin.
And as for me and ah ly.. we both have sinful damage in our pockets cos we are not allow to spend a single cent (probably me not allow to spend). But I still got a top ( ah ly and I gotten the same design but of a diff color) during the crazy gers shopping trip.

Gosh last monday , there was this cousins meet up lor.

Me, my cousin aka ah heng, my bro & jacq.

We went for dinner at millenia walk, having this ramen set @ $ 10.99 or less.

(Depending on what you chose of coz.)

The ramen at the place seems so so. Just that we do make an effort for this meet-up.

During the conversation with Jacq, she went for this steamboat called "Hey Hey".

I wanna go lor. But as per what Jacq highlighted . It costs each pax to be $30-40++ .

It is going by per dish.

Well, she says that it is " Very Nice ~!"

So I think I wil go try it some day. No matter what. ( I am not a steamboat freako thou. >.< )

Then after, both me & jacq have cravings for something sweet.

We suggested to go NYDC to catch some mud pies.

Haha. We did.

Ordered a slice of " Irish Mud pie " & " Tiramisu Mud pie".

4 of us just tucked in on the yummy ice creams lor.

Abit disappointed with the irish one because it doesnt have the strong alcholic content we are expecting. However, the Tiramisu one made it up. Hee..

FABULOUS~~!

I would give a rate of 5 stars :

Never expect this is good a great movie as all the triologies this season all suckz.

Like " Pirates of the Carribean", " Harry Potters", " Spider Man 3" & "Ocean's Thirteen". The reviews from frens were like " Not very nice lor..."

Well, at the end of the show I concluded that this was a well-spent movie trip.

Thumbs up for me.

Will comment this movie is worth the $9.50 to be spend.

Prior movie, went to Ding Tai Feng for dinner.

I have such cravings for it that I want to eat that for dinner.

I orderd a pork chop fried rice + xiao long bao for 2.

7th mth's praying

Last Sat went for 7th mth's praying at company.
Alot of colleagues are there for the ceremony so am I.

Anyway, tonight I will be going to my ex-coll's hse for MJ + my ex-coll as well.
To catch up and also see the mummy-to-be, is she doing fine or not.
( Thou I ordi mit her last week for twice , hee hee ), then also alwz-that-busy SQ, see how is she as well.

Tmr I will need to go down my company for 7th month festival praying session, together with my colls.

Then mayb dinner over the weekend....

I think upcoming i will be meeting my cousin, my bro AND jacq ! for dinner.

Shopping Spree

Yes!

Going for another round of shopping spree trip again.This time round shd be real fun.

So we will only.....

Shopping.. eating... massage... shopping...eating... massage again.

Well, we are heading to our ( Used to be me and 40's , but now ah ly also join in the club !!! *Grin*) all time favourite place => THAILAND.

Things are cheap there hence we have a conclusion that this is a place we will travel to n fro without fail for twice a year.

I really go BKK without fail twice a year lor. Last trip was just merely ~ 3mths ago.
And another 3mths later , I will be travelling there again!

Look forward look forward.......

Thinkly of travelling .. i am reckoning some other places.
Futther I suppose...Can see Ang moz one also...

So if upcoming year end , I 've sufficient funds coming in.. I can consider going for a trip again.

Natonal Day

Look forward for this day to see fireworks. Even thou every year there is chance to see.

Although the fireworks doesnt seems to be much significant nevertheless I still enjoyed myself.

He told me that to catch the chopper first will be good as last week I was late for our date so in order to catch it again, I mustnt b late & has to be there at 5.45pm at Mr Bean and together proceed to CQ.

Saw it coming... snap.

Dont know why whenever talks about helicopters, he is so~ into the topic. He makes it sound so interesting and so army~ ( aniw, he is having reservist right now.)

Shortly,we went to catch a quick dinner in order not to miss the fireworks.

8pm approaching, the enthu me quickly rushed to the Padang, marker my territory and patiently awaits...
